The PT-HDBT-200 is an ultra-thin HDMI2.0 extender set comprising a transmitter (PT-HDBT-200-TX) and receiver (PT-HDBT-200-RX), engineered for reliable 4K and 1080p signal extension in professional AV environments. Utilising HDBaseT technology, the unit transmits HDMI, IR, and RS232 signals over Cat.5e/Cat.6a cabling, supporting two-way Power over Cable (PoC) for simplified installation. Visually lossless compression (VLC) ensures 18Gbps bandwidth for HDR and 4K/60Hz/4:4:4 signals, maintaining image fidelity across meeting rooms, control rooms, and signage deployments. The slim enclosure and integrated mounting brackets facilitate discreet placement in space-constrained installations.

• Long-Distance HDMI Transmission: The system transmits HDMI signals up to 40 metres at 4K resolution and 70 metres at 1080p via a single Cat.5e or Cat.6a cable. This enables flexible device placement in large meeting spaces, control rooms, or signage applications without compromising signal quality.

• Full 18Gbps 4K UltraHD Support: Supporting HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, the extender handles video resolutions up to 4K UltraHD at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling. Backward compatibility with earlier HDMI and HDCP versions ensures seamless integration into mixed-technology AV systems.
