3 years / 36 months warranty on PureLink brand products

Up to 5 years / 60 months extended warranty on electronic devices of the PureTools series after registration

Up to 15 years / 180 months extended warranty on passive cables of the PureInstall series after registration

The individual warranty period for each product can be found under the "Specifications" tab in the product description on our website www.purelink.de.

2.1 Start – The warranty period begins with the purchase by the end customer. The date on the original proof of purchase is decisive. In the event of resale, the warranty claim passes to the buyer for the remaining warranty period.

2.2 3-year warranty without registration – The 3-year warranty is granted for PureLink brand products, i.e. all products listed on the PureLink® brand website www.purelink.de. The warranty can only be claimed if we have the original proof of purchase stating the purchase date.

2.3 Extended warranty of 5 or 15 years after registration – The 5- or 15-year warranty is limited to registered products. The product must be registered on our warranty page no later than 3 months after purchase. Registration is only possible with consent to the storage of the data required for this.

2.4 The warranty claim must be asserted within the warranty period according to 1.

2.5 Without the original proof of purchase we reject the warranty service according to 2.2 or 2.3. The PureLink product must be presented or sent to us together with the original proof of purchase, which must state the dealer, the purchase date and the product name.

2.6 Sending in the product – Transport costs and transport risk are borne by the buyer. If the warranty claim is justified, we will return your product free of charge.

2.7 If the inspection shows that the defect did not already exist at delivery but is due to incorrect handling or operation or similar, we must reject the warranty claim.

Within the scope of this warranty you receive one of the following services at our discretion:

Free repair of the defective product;

Free replacement by an equivalent product, a product of the same function or a successor model, including refurbished devices.

Replaced products or parts become the property of PureLink.

4.1 Products: distribution products (manufacturers other than PureLink); FX1000, FX1050, FX1100, FX1200, FX1400, FX1450, FX1500, FX1600; software; second-hand products; display devices with LCD, TFT etc.; cameras and products with built-in camera; product accessories (e.g. cables in a set); parts with limited service life (e.g. batteries, power supplies).

4.2 Use: normal or use-related wear and tear; trouble-free and/or error-free operation of the product; defects caused by external influence, improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overload or lack of maintenance or care; defects caused by non-observance of operating instructions or relevant regulations; defects caused by the end user assembling raw cables, in particular but not limited to cutting and connecting connectors; defects caused by mechanical modification, software, viruses or modifications not approved by PureLink; defects caused by the use of accessories, supplementary or spare parts; minor damage such as scratches / discoloration on housings, connectors etc.

The PureLink manufacturer warranty does not establish any claims other than the right to remedy of the defect listed under 3. In particular, no claims for damages due to incidental or consequential damage can be derived from it.

German law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Warranty services neither extend nor renew the warranty period for the product.
